Billing Information

Union Medical Group (formerly UAP) participates in many insurance and managed care plans, however, payment of deductibles and co-payment of your plan is expected at the time of service. If you have no insurance or anticipate a problem in paying for the services, payment arrangements must be made with our Business Office prior to seeing the doctor. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. We will file all primary insurance claims at no expense. You will receive a monthly statement for your account if you have a personal balance. Your statement will show current charges, personal and insurance payments, estimated insurance coverage, and the amount due.

Financial Assistance

Healthcare expenses are often unexpected or may seem overwhelming as a medical condition is discovered. Patient Account Services of UAP Clinic is committed to assisting patients with payment options that will meet family budget needs. Many patients do qualify for assistance with medical expenses, or assistance with payment options.
